1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During peak seasons, product launches, or promotional events, processing times may be extended.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and shipping method selected.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard U.S. Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.


3. Shipping Carriers

We ship using trusted carriers such as:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

Carrier selection may vary depending on destination and shipping speed.


4. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


5. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Toughste is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect addresses

  • Lost packages due to address errors

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.


6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed to the carrier, responsibility transfers to the carrier.

Toughste is not liable for:

  • Lost packages marked as delivered

  • Stolen packages

  • Carrier delays due to weather or operational issues

If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly first.
We are happy to assist where possible.


7. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photos of the package and product.

  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  3. Email: support@toughste.com

We may request additional documentation before issuing a replacement.


8. Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders cannot be modified once shipped.

If you need to make changes, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

We cannot guarantee cancellation after processing begins.
